Vibe recalibration

I have a Vector Vibe and lost the instructions. Can someone tell me how to recalibrate it?

First you will need a calibration weight,  for the Vibe it depends on which model. You should check with Vector at www.vectorscales.com,  I was not able to find the instructions for your model there but if you prod them they will get back to you eventually.
