Connecting scale to Internet

We need to find a digital medical/bathroom scale with a max weight ~400 lbs and
capable of connecting w PC. It is for a large medical trial and we need to send
weight from a person’s home to a website. We are willing to work with
manufacturer. Any suggestions were to start?
