buying scale carat 0.005ct,0.01ct

thanks my budget is 200 dollars.accuracy 0.01 will be o.k but if i can find one
with 0.005ct than better.and i dont wanna return digiweigh 20A as it cost me
only 36 dollars to but of website wholesalescales.com.it will cost me 21 dolar
to send it back as i live in republic of ireland so no point really
